Tamika Leachman, Owner
"With over 10 years of experience in at home care, I have developed a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face with geriatric care. After numerous disheartening stories involving the problems with our current care systems, I wanted to ensure that my own mother would not be subject to the same mistreatment and began my career as a home caretaker. As the job went on, my relationship with my mother was deeply strengthen, and I felt immense joy to know she was able to receive the treatment she deserved. During this same journey I began to look into how to advocate the same care and support I provide to my mother to others in our communities. With Dedicated Hands, we can reach out and allow for our elderly loved ones can enjoy their days with the fulfillment they deserve."
